2010 Volunteer Information
Dear Swim Team families,
It’s time to volunteer for the 2010 Stingray swimteam season! It take 46 volunteers to run each home meet and 30 volunteers to run each away meet. This year we are requiring that each family volunteer at 4 meets throughout the regular season, this does not include end of season meets (Divisionals/All Stars). Volunteer job sign ups are available on the website by each meet and will be posted one week prior to the event.

Stroke and Turn Judges, Referee and Starters require certification. All parents must attend the manditory volunteer meeting on Tuesday, June 8th at 7pm to 8pm. This will be a brief meeting providing a description of all volunteer positions. The volunteer positions are changing this year with the change to cardless meets. This will make our meets run smoother and more efficiently! If you have volunteered in the past...... you still must attend.
If you sign up for a job and then need to change it, please be sure to remove your registration so the job frees up for someone else.
With your enthusiasm and cooperation, this will be a great season for our swimmers! Let’s make it run smoothly!
